Former President Goodluck Jonathan is grieving the loss of his elder sister, Madam Obebhatein Jonathan, who passed away on Thursday, January 11, at the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, after a brief illness. She was 70 years old.
In a statement released by Mr. Ikechukwu Eze, the Special Adviser on Media to Jonathan, it was disclosed that the departed, affectionately known as Amissi, was a retired teacher, businesswoman, loving mother, and grandmother who devoted her life to serving God and humanity.
