Expert reveals how CCTV was tampered with during baba ijesha case.

James Olarewaju aka Baba Ijesha is currently on trial and facing a six-count charge of child defilement bordering on allegations of indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault by penetration, and sexual assault by penetration.

But the case has seen new developments as claims of a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) recording which is part of the evidence in the case being tampered with.

Baba Ijesha's defense witness who is also an expert in CCTV installation and maintenance, Engr. Adeleke Lawrence claimed an Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on Thursday, February 17.

Two video recordings of Baba Ijesha were played during resumed proceedings on Thursday, February 17, following the request of defense counsel, Babatunde Ogala (SAN).

The first video showed the defendant sitting on a sofa with the victim. Two men and a woman walked out in the recording, which had no audio.

Asked for his opinion on what he saw, the witness said: “The gentleman and the lady appeared to be acting the way they were asked to do.”

Trey Songz hit with $200 million lawsuit

American singer and actor Tremaine Aldon Neverson, popularly known as Trey Songz is being accused of rape in a new $20 million sexual assault case that was filed against him making it the third sexual assault case the singer is currently dealing with.

The woman claimed she had a consensual relationship with the singer that was sexual but that changed on March 24, 2016, when he allegedly became a "savage rapist".

According to the woman, she went to one of the artist’s house parties in 2016. She alleges she was invited upstairs and then raped by Songz after she told him she did not want to have anal sex.

The woman alleges Songz removed her pants when they got to the room, held her down, and forcibly inserted his penis into her anus.

She also said that she screamed throughout the alleged ordeal and begged for him to stop.

The woman also alleges that she went to the hospital and was too frightened to name the artist after she was examined.

She said the examination found that there was "severe anal tearing that could require surgery."

Trey’s representative has denied the allegations, according to TMZ.

The representative said in a statement: "Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault."

Snoop Dogg Sued For ‘Forcing Oral Sex’ On Woman

American rapper, Snoop Dogg, has been sued for allegedly forcing oral sex on a lady in 2013.

According to TMZ, a woman identified as Jane Doe claimed that the incident occurred when she attended one of his shows in Anaheim, California.

Jane said after a show, Snoop’s longtime friend, Bishop Don Juan, offered her a ride home, adding that on their way, she fell asleep inside the car and woke up in Juan’s home.

The lawsuit claimed that by the time she woke up in the morning, Juan “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in plaintiff’s face,” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into plaintiff’s mouth.”

It added that Juan “discriminated against and harassed plaintiff because of plaintiff’s sex and gender.”

Jane said after the incident, Juan offered her a dress and asked her to follow him to Snoop’s studio, adding “I want to see if he will make you the weather girl.”

The woman, who claimed to be a dancer and model, said when they got to Snoop’s studio, she had a stomach ache and decided to use the toilet.

The lawsuit stated that while she was in the toilet, Snoop walked in “standing with his crotch in plaintiff’s face, while plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.”

It also claimed that the rapper allegedly forced oral sex on her in the process.

It is understood that the woman sued the rapper and Juan for unspecified damages said to be valued at $10 million.

A source representing the 50-year-old man told TMZ that the woman filed the suit on the heels of the Super Bowl, an annual playoff championship game of the National Football League, where the rapper is expected to perform.

However, Snopp has denied the accusations in an Instagram post that reads: “Gold digger season is here be careful Nefews keep ya guards up And. Keep ya circle o small,” he wrote.
