Controversial Influencer Andrew Tate and Brother Tristan Accused of Rape and Sexual Assault in Britain

Andrew Tate, a controversial influencer, and his brother Tristan are facing ten allegations of rape and sexual assault in Britain, according to officials. The accusations stem from victims who claim they were drugged and subjected to sexual acts between 2012 and 2015, as reported by Romanian outlet Gandul.

The brothers, aged 37 and 35 respectively, were arrested in Bucharest, Romania, on behalf of Bedfordshire police, who are investigating new sexual assault allegations from the same time frame. They are currently prohibited from leaving Romania, where they were previously under house arrest, facing charges of rape and human trafficking since June last year.

A Romanian court recently ruled that once their trial in Romania is concluded, they can be extradited back to the UK. The brothers deny all allegations, with Andrew Tate stating outside court that they are "very innocent men" and that he believes they will be proven innocent in time.

The brothers' legal team has stated that they reject all charges and will remain under judicial controls in Romania. Furthermore, a law firm representing four women accusing Tate of rape and sexual assault had informed British and Romanian authorities about his potential plans to flee Romania, leading to swift action from Bedfordshire police to seek an extradition warrant.
