The Federal Government has announced Thursday, April 11th, 2024, as an additional public holiday in observance of this year's Eid-El-Fitr celebration. The Ministry of Interior made this known on its official handle on the morning of April 9.
This extension was deemed necessary due to Saudi Arabia's failure to sight the Moon, indicating that Ramadan continues on April 9, while the Eid-Fitri celebration will begin on April 10.
