Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, issued a statement following the arrest of three individuals accused of operating the Gistlover blog on Instagram.
In response to doubts raised about the authenticity of the arrests and inquiries about the blog's alleged crimes, Adejobi clarified that Gistlover is operated by a syndicate.
He stated that the arrested individuals are members of this syndicate, and 12 Gistlover pages were recovered from them. Adejobi emphasized that the individuals were apprehended "in connection with an ongoing investigation in a case of conspiracy, cyberstalking, and threat to life."
