American rapper Don Toliver was cited for driving under the influence (DUI) after being pulled over for speeding in the San Fernando Valley. California Highway Patrol officers suspected he was impaired and observed signs of impairment but instead of arresting him, he was cited and released in the field.
Although it's unclear if another person was with him, law enforcement sources mentioned that Don was released to the custody of another party who was sober. Don was reportedly cooperative during the incident.
