The first trailer for "Despicable Me 4," the latest installment in the animated franchise, has been released. Steve Carell reprises his role as the now-reformed Gru, who welcomes a new family member, Gru Jr., voiced by Carell as well.
The film's synopsis suggests that Gru Jr. is determined to torment his dad. Will Ferrell joins the cast as the new nemesis, Maxime Le Mal, while Sofia Vergara plays Valentina, Maxime Le Mal's "femme fatale girlfriend."
Returning to the cast are Kristen Wiig, Miranda Cosgrove, Steve Coogan, Dana Gaier, Pierre Coffin (former co-director and Minions voice actor), and director Chris Renaud.
