"Fuellkrug's Hat-Trick Leads Dortmund to 3-1 Victory Over Bochum, Climbing to Top Four

 

Striker Fuellkrug led Borussia Dortmund to victory against Bochum, scoring a hat-trick in their 3-1 win. 

Fuellkrug netted an early penalty, and despite an own goal from Dortmund's Nico Schlotterbeck, Fuellkrug regained the lead with a header in the second half and added another goal from the spot in injury time. Dortmund climbed into the top four, surpassing RB Leipzig and trailing third-placed Stuttgart by just one point. 

Fuellkrug expressed satisfaction with the team's performance, emphasizing the importance of regaining consistency and building confidence. Union Berlin secured a 1-0 victory over Darmstadt, with Benedict Hollerbach scoring the decisive goal.
