Trump Warns of World War Three, Blaming Biden for Attack on U.S. Soldier

Donald Trump has issued a warning, stating that the world is on the brink of World War Three, placing blame on Joe Biden for the deaths of three American soldiers in Jordan at the hands of Iran-backed terrorists.

The former Republican president criticized the Biden administration for what he called "weakness and surrender" a day after a suicide drone strike targeted a remote compound near the Syrian border.

Taking to his Truth Social platform, Trump asserted that such an attack would "never have happened if I was president, not even a chance," following the tragic deaths.

In response, the Biden administration pushed back, accusing those attempting to "politicize our national security" of being illogical and detrimental to safety.

After eight other American soldiers were medically evacuated from Tower 22 in Jordan, with 34 more treated for injuries, Trump wrote on Sunday: "This brazen attack on the United States is yet another horrific and tragic consequence of Joe Biden's weakness and surrender."

He continued to claim that the attack and other global issues, such as the conflict between Israel and Iranian-backed Hamas and the war in Ukraine, would not have occurred if he were still president.

Trump argued that his Maximum Pressure policy had weakened Iran significantly when he left office, and Biden's actions had allowed Iran to fund terrorist activities in the Middle East.

Promising to reinstate his policies if he were to defeat Biden in the November election, Trump emphasized the need for an immediate return to "peace through strength."

Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates responded to Trump's criticism, stating that President Biden would respond decisively to the attacks. He argued that attempts by Republicans to politicize national security were illogical and detrimental to safety, urging them to support Biden's actions against those responsible for the attacks.

Bates also called on Republicans to back President Biden's efforts to hold Iran accountable and cease giving Iran a pass for its role in supporting Russia's attack on Ukraine.
