Drake Cancels Denver Shows for Third Time

Drake has canceled his Denver shows for the third time, leaving Denverites uncertain if they will ever see the Canadian rapper perform in their city again. The canceled shows were part of Drake's It's All A Blur Tour, with performances scheduled at Ball Arena on April 15 and 16.

These dates were makeup dates for previously canceled shows. The January shows were rescheduled from a September 8, 2023 concert that was also canceled. The September cancellation was attributed to logistical challenges related to the road crew's travel distance and the production's magnitude.

The January shows were rescheduled due to Drake's ankle injury, according to Ticketmaster. However, the reasons for the recent April cancellation remain unclear.

Drake's history with Denver shows a pattern of cancellations. His last performance in the city was in 2016, and a 2018 show with the Migos was also canceled twice.

The news of the Denver cancellation comes alongside other canceled shows in Birmingham and Memphis. It is unknown if the Denver show will be rescheduled, as requests for comments from Ball Arena and Live Nation have not been answered yet.
