Lil Rod Adds Cuba Gooding Jr. to Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy

Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones Jr., a music producer and accuser of Diddy, has expanded his sexual assault lawsuit to include Cuba Gooding Jr. The lawsuit alleges that Gooding Jr. groped Jones while on Sean 'Diddy' Combs' yacht in January 2023.

According to the lawsuit, the incident occurred in the Virgin Islands, where Combs allegedly attempted to introduce Jones to Gooding Jr. The complaint accuses Gooding Jr. of touching and fondling Jones' legs, thighs, back, and shoulders without consent.

The lawsuit also includes a photo showing Gooding Jr. with his arm around Jones, as well as pictures of Combs and Gooding talking on the yacht. Combs is accused of failing to intervene and stop Gooding Jr. from sexually assaulting Jones.

Jones, who worked with Combs on his record 'The Love Album: Off the Grid,' is suing Combs for engaging in illegal activities, including sexual assault. The initial lawsuit claimed that Combs forced Jones to procure sex workers and pressured him into sexual acts with them.

Gooding Jr. was added as a defendant to Jones' amended lawsuit filed in U.S. federal court for the southern district of New York. This development came shortly after Homeland Security agents raided two of Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami. Combs' whereabouts are currently unknown, but two of his sons have reportedly been detained.

These legal troubles add to the ongoing legal battles Combs faces, including allegations from other accusers, such as R&B singer Cassie Ventura, who accused him of sex trafficking, and Joi Dickerson-Neal, who claimed he sexually assaulted her in 1991. Combs has denied these allegations and settled with Ventura out of court.
