Trump Warns of "Bloodbath" if Not Re-elected, Makes Controversial Statements at Ohio Rally

Former US President Donald Trump has pledged a "bloodbath" if he is not re-elected in November, making the comment during a rally in Ohio over the weekend. He emphasized that the upcoming presidential election will be the "most important date" in US history.

Addressing President Xi Jinping, Trump warned of imposing a 100% tariff on cars manufactured in Mexico, intended for the US market, if he is re-elected. He also suggested that there may not be another election in the country if he does not win.

Referring to individuals imprisoned for crimes related to the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol as "hostages," Trump vowed to work on their behalf once in office.

Trump also made controversial remarks about undocumented immigrants, stating that some were "not people." He urged Catholics not to vote for President Joe Biden, calling him a "numbskull" and suggesting that voting for Biden would be a form of persecution against Catholics.

In response to Trump's comments, his campaign spokeswoman, Karoline Leavitt, criticized Biden's policies, predicting economic challenges for the auto industry and autoworkers.

James Singer, a spokesman for Biden's campaign, condemned Trump's remarks, characterizing him as a "loser" who resorts to threats of political violence. Singer emphasized that the American people reject Trump's extremism, violence, and thirst for revenge, and will deliver another electoral defeat to him in November.
