British-Nigerian Cosmetic Doctor Found Guilty of Trading Botox for Sex

A British-Nigerian cosmetic doctor, Dr. Tijion Esho, has been found guilty by a medical tribunal of giving free Botox to a patient in exchange for sexual services at one of his clinics. The tribunal also found that he had an "improper emotional relationship" with the patient, who is a sex worker.

Dr. Esho, known for his appearances on television shows like ITV's This Morning and E4's Body Fixers, admitted to having an inappropriate relationship with the woman, including exchanging explicit messages on Instagram. However, he denied that their relationship became physical.

The tribunal heard that the patient, known as Patient A, visited Dr. Esho for a lip procedure and later began following him online. Their interactions escalated to include sexually explicit messages and the exchange of pornographic images.

Dr. Esho claimed that his interactions with the patient were a way of distracting himself and that he never intended for them to become physical. He admitted to behaving inappropriately but denied agreeing to a "skills swap" with the patient or having any physical contact with her.

The tribunal found Dr. Esho guilty of charges related to exchanging Botox for sex with the patient, as well as other inappropriate behaviors. The tribunal will decide later this month if Dr. Esho's fitness to practice has been impaired, which could result in sanctions such as suspension or removal from the medical register.
