Nicki Minaj, the 10-time Grammy nominee, celebrates her 41st birthday with the release of her highly anticipated fifth studio album, "Pink Friday 2."
The 22-track album features collaborations with Drake, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, and more. Originally scheduled for October, the album's release was postponed, with Minaj canceling an appearance at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in Chicago to finalize it. Fans, known as Barbz, created "Gag City," a pink AI metropolis inspired by the album's cover, leading up to its December release. "Pink Friday 2" includes singles like "Super Freaky Girl," "Red Ruby da Sleeze," and "Last Time I Saw You."
The rapper expressed immense love for the project, calling it the biggest gift she has given humanity.
