Renowned Nollywood actor Zack Orji is reportedly in critical condition at an Abuja hospital, with reports suggesting he is unable to talk or walk following a collapse in the bathroom.
It is stated that Orji is currently receiving medical attention in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the National Hospital in Abuja.
A close source to the veteran actor confirmed the incident to DAILY POST on Sunday afternoon, noting that the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) would soon release an official statement regarding the situation.
In response to the news, some of Orji's colleagues have expressed their concern and offered prayers on social media. Veteran actress Joyce Kalu wrote, "I cover him with the blood of Jesus," while @officialarole stated, "God’s mercies in Jesus' name." Actress Uche Ogbodo said, "God pls heal him, Amen," and Shan George added, "Prayers up sir."
