Mohbad's Management Denies Existence of Will

The management of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has refuted claims made by the late singer's father, Joseph Aloba, suggesting that Mohbad left behind a will. In a statement shared via Mohbad's Instagram account on Monday, the management dismissed the assertion as "false and misleading."

The statement provided updates on the ongoing investigations into Mohbad's death, indicating that the police authorities are awaiting autopsy results from samples sent abroad, a process that will take a few months. Additionally, the management clarified that neither Mohbad's legal representatives nor any member of his management has communicated the existence of a will or thumb-printed document to the family or the public.

The management emphasized that if such a document existed, it would have been duly registered with the Probate Registry, urging everyone to refrain from spreading false and misleading statements. Furthermore, the statement noted that all accounts owned and controlled by Mohbad have been placed on a Post No Debit order since September 12, 2023, and will be handed over to the family upon resolution of internal disputes.
