Bianca Censori's Provocative Outfit Raises Legal Concerns in Paris

Bianca Censori, known for her daring fashion choices, has sparked controversy with her recent near-naked outing in Paris. The wife of Kanye West was photographed wearing nothing but a pair of sheer tights, ditching her bra and exposing her groin and bare bum during a shopping trip in the French capital.

However, it seems the couple was unaware of France's decency laws. Article 222-32 of the penal code states that deliberate sexual display in a place accessible to the public gaze is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand francs (around €15,000 or £13,000). The law clarifies that nudity itself isn't equivalent to indecency, exempting naturists in designated areas.

This isn't the first time Censori's fashion choices have raised eyebrows. She and Kanye faced a €10,000 fine or imprisonment in Italy for strolling "virtually naked," violating laws around places attended by minors. A similar incident occurred in Dubai.

The 29-year-old model's latest outing, in which she paired brown sheer tights with a tight blue top and high heels, left little to the imagination. Kanye, on the other hand, was dressed more conservatively in a black puffer coat and trousers. Despite the attention-grabbing outfits, the couple was seen enjoying a dinner outing later that evening.
