Joshua Rogers, a Channels Television reporter who was abducted from his residence in Port Harcourt, has been released unharmed. He was abducted from his home in Rumuosi, Obio/Akpor area of Port Harcourt on Thursday and was released around 10 p.m. on Friday, about 24 hours after being forcefully taken away in a Channels Television-branded vehicle.
The management of Channels Television confirmed his release in a brief statement, expressing gratitude to viewers and all those who expressed concern over the incident.
