of promoting Binance, a cryptocurrency exchange.The plaintiffs allege losses due to Ronaldo's endorsement and claim the exchange failed in anti-money laundering measures. Binance was recently ordered to pay $4.3 billion in settlements.
The lawsuit contends that Ronaldo, through a partnership with Binance, promoted unregistered securities, encouraging investments in assets like BNB tokens and the exchange's yield programs.
