Lil Wayne faces a lawsuit from his ex-bodyguard, Carlos Christian, who alleges the rapper threatened him with a semiautomatic rifle and physically assaulted him in December 2021 at Wayne's Hidden Hills home.
Wayne's camp denies the incident, claiming he doesn't own a gun. Christian, citing medical expenses and emotional distress, seeks compensatory and punitive damages. The alleged altercation involved accusations of leaked photos and a disputed confrontation leading Christian to call the police.
Despite discrepancies, deputies noted the lack of injuries on the guard and his reluctance to press charges.
