Sofia Vergara and Obtain Temporary Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Actress Sofia Vergara and her son Manolo have secured a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker, identified as Gregory Brown.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Sofia, 51, describes Brown as a 'mentally unstable stalker' with a delusional belief in a personal relationship with her and her family, including her 32-year-old son. She cites Brown's 'aggressive and harassing conduct' as a threat to her safety, causing anxiety and emotional distress.

Despite a previous arrest for trespassing and vandalism at her residence, Brown allegedly persisted in pursuing Vergara, even gaining unauthorized entry into her gated community. Sofia claims to have received a disturbing letter from Brown in November, expressing intent to see and hear her soon.

Due to his alleged criminal history, Sofia and Manolo have been granted a temporary restraining order, mandating that Brown stay at least 100 yards away from them and refrain from contact. Manolo is Sofia's son from her first marriage, and she recently separated from her second husband, Joe Manganiello.
