American singer Usher and his longtime girlfriend Jennifer "Jenn" Goicoechea have sparked speculation about their marital status after obtaining a marriage license in Las Vegas.
According to reports from People magazine, the Grammy winner, aged 45, and Goicoechea, aged 40, secured a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, just days before the Super Bowl, on February 8th.
However, it remains unclear whether the couple has already tied the knot or if they plan to exchange vows after the Super Bowl. The marriage certificate has yet to be filed, as per court records reviewed by the outlet.
Usher and Goicoechea, who have been dating since 2019, share two children together: Sovereign Bo, aged three, and Sire Castrello, aged two. The couple's relationship dates back to at least 2016, but they officially confirmed their romance in 2019 after being spotted sharing a kiss at the Hollywood Bowl.
In addition to his children with Goicoechea, Usher is also a father to two sons from a previous marriage to Tameka Foster: Usher "Cinco" V, aged 15, and Naviyd Ely, aged 14.
