Paris Saint-Germain Coach Luis Enrique Defends Team After 2-2 Draw Against Reims

Paris Saint-Germain's stuttering form continued as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Reims in Ligue 1. Despite the draw, PSG maintained a 10-point lead at the top of the table. Kylian Mbappe started on the bench, rested after his midweek heroics in the Champions League.

PSG fell behind to a Marshall Munetsi goal after an error by Achraf Hakimi but fought back to take the lead with a Yunis Abdelhamid own goal and a Goncalo Ramos strike. However, Oumar Diakite's effort for Reims ensured the match ended in a draw.

Coach Luis Enrique defended his team's performance, saying, "I never like to gift goals and the first goal was a big one but otherwise it was all positive. We pressed well, we were aggressive."

Despite the draw, PSG remain focused on winning the league as soon as possible and competing in every competition.
