Chiamaka Nnadozie, a star player for the Super Falcons, has received a nomination for the Best Goalkeeper of the Season award in the French D1 Arkema, the women’s top-flight league in France.
This marks Nnadozie's second consecutive season being nominated for the prestigious individual accolade, underscoring her status as one of the finest goalkeepers in the French top-flight league.
The 22-year-old has continued to impress for Paris FC, both domestically and in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, further solidifying her reputation as a top goalkeeper.
Nnadozie faces stiff competition for the award, contending against Christiane Endler of Olympic Lyon and Katarzyna Kiedrzynek of Paris SG.
Additionally, Nnadozie was honored with the Player of the Month award for March in the French D1 Arkema. She also previously won the Bruno Martini Award for Goalkeeping Revelation of the Season in the French top-flight during the 2021/22 season.
