Businessman Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has pleaded not guilty to charges of naira abuse filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Cubana's counsel, Chukosolo Ojukwu, opposed the charges during the arraignment in court this morning. Ojukwu has also filed an application for bail on behalf of his client.
The arraignment is taking place at the Federal High Court in Lagos.
