Apple successfully overturned a sales ban on its latest smartwatches in the US, following an emergency appeal filed by the tech giant.
The Series 9 and Ultra 2 watches had faced restrictions over a patent dispute, with the US trade body preventing their imports and sales due to technology related to blood-oxygen level readings.
The ban came after allegations by device maker Masimo, claiming Apple had recruited its staff and appropriated its technology. The White House had declined to reverse the ban, but Apple's emergency request to the US Court of Appeals led to the ban being lifted.
