Semenyo's Strike Sees 10-Man Bournemouth Beat Wolves 4-2

Antoine Semenyo's goal proved decisive as 10-man Bournemouth secured a thrilling 4-2 victory over Wolves at Molineux, propelling them into the Premier League's top half. Despite Milos Kerkez's red card, the Cherries displayed resilience to claim all three points.

Semenyo, back in the starting lineup, opened the scoring with his eighth goal of the season after a defensive error from Wolves. Harry Maguire then nodded in an equalizer before halftime.

In the second half, Ben Brereton Diaz restored Wolves' lead, only for Bruno Fernandes to equalize from the penalty spot. Fernandes struck again late in the game to put Bournemouth ahead, before setting up Rasmus Hojlund for the fourth goal.

Wolves had a goal disallowed by VAR for a foul in the build-up, highlighting their struggles to find momentum. The defeat marks their fourth consecutive home loss in all competitions, raising concerns about their form.

Bournemouth, on the other hand, showcased attacking prowess and defensive solidity, even with 10 men, to secure the win. The victory sees them climb to 10th in the table, just two points behind eighth-placed West Ham.
