Court documents filed in the Superior Court of California on Tuesday confirm the dissolution of Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet's marriage after Bonet filed for divorce on Monday.
The former couple, who share two children, seem to have worked out the terms prior to filing. According to their Marital Settlement Agreement, they are fully satisfied with the disclosures provided and have joint legal custody of their children, with shared responsibilities for health, education, and welfare.
While no child support agreement is in place, both parents will equally share living expenses for the children. The couple has waived the right to seek spousal support, and they will be legally declared single on July 9, despite the official end of their marriage.
